Odoo ERP
Implementation, adaptation and support of the Odoo ERP for SMEs and mid-sized companies in Catalonia and the rest of Spain, with a close and trusted partner.
What Odoo is
Odoo is a modular, flexible and scalable ERP solution that lets you digitalise, optimise and centralise all of a company’s management processes in a single environment. At BDR Group we implement it and adapt it to each business, and we also use it to run our own activity.
With Odoo we help companies get rid of scattered tools such as Excel, Access or obsolete software, and bring accounting, sales, purchasing, inventory, production, human resources and internal communication together on one platform. When every area shares the same data, duplication ends and everyone works from the same information.
Who it is for
Odoo is particularly suitable for SMEs and mid-sized companies that want to improve their productivity, have overall control of their operations and have a close, trusted partner in their digitalisation process. We work with companies in professional services, retail, distribution, manufacturing and hospitality, among other sectors.
We serve companies in Catalonia and the rest of Spain, with offices in L’Hospitalet de Llobregat, Girona and Escaldes-Engordany.
Main features
Odoo is modular: you can start with the areas that need it most and add others when the business calls for it. These are the ones we implement most often:
- Accounting and invoicing: invoicing, collections and financial follow-up in one place.
- Sales and CRM: from the first sales contact to the invoice, with follow-up of every opportunity.
- Inventory, purchasing and logistics: stock, procurement, deliveries, manufacturing and quality control.
- Projects and services: tasks, timesheets and project invoicing.
- E-commerce and EPOS: online shop and point of sale connected to stock and invoicing.
- Human resources: recruitment, absences and appraisals.
What you get
- Greater operational efficiency: process automation and fewer manual errors.
- Real-time control and visibility: centralised, reliable and always up-to-date information.
- Fit with your business: a modular ERP that grows in phases according to the real needs of the company.
How we implement and support it
An implementation is not just a matter of configuring a program: processes have to be reviewed, data put in order and teams prepared. We work in seven steps:
- Diagnosis: we understand the processes, the pain points, the data and the objectives.
- Scope: we define modules, workflows, integrations, owners and priorities.
- Configuration: we adapt Odoo to the approved processes and prepare the environments.
- Data: we clean, migrate and validate the necessary information. If you are coming from Excel or another ERP, the migration is prepared and validated before go-live.
- Testing: we check the critical workflows with the key users.
- Training: organised by role, so that each person knows what to do in Odoo.
- Go-live and evolution: we support you when you start up, resolve incidents and plan improvements.
After implementation we stay by your side: resolution of incidents and functional questions, maintenance and updates according to the contracted model, consulting to optimise processes, new modules and training for new users.

Frequently asked questions
Can I start with just a few modules?
Yes. Odoo is modular, and the most common approach is to start with the areas that have the most impact and expand in phases.
Can I migrate from Excel or from another ERP?
Yes, but the data has to be prepared and validated first. We define what should be kept, what should be cleaned and what adds value to the new system, and we test it before go-live.
How much does an implementation cost and how long does it take?
It depends on the scope: modules, integrations, volume of data and number of users. After the diagnosis we give you a specific proposal.
Can Odoo be integrated with other tools?
Yes, integrations with other systems can be considered. We define them in the scope of the project.
What does support include after go-live?
Incidents and functional questions, maintenance and updates according to the contracted model, consulting, new modules and additional training.
Why work with a specialist team close to you?
Because it knows your context, speaks your language and can support you before, during and after implementation.
